038 : Nate McCallister – A Micro Hustle University Graduate teaching others the skill
Nate is a story teller, he can hold a long conversation and keep you on the edge of your seat, maybe it’s his delivery he really is animated? I think that is why his name kept being brought up to me as a doer, someone I need to interview. I am so glad I listened. Nate has figured out something big or really small : Rather than spending your time trying to fix Big problems (with big efforts/dollar/time/etc..).
Spend your time identifying small problems or micro-problems (or his term MICRO-HUSTLE)
- come up with a solution for them
- come up with a system to monetize the solution
- market the solution
- ride it until it ends (Note..he says it will be quick and that’s okay with him)
- rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat…….
