213 : Bart Mroz – Digital eCommerce Strategist , Designer and Developer – Scaled businesses have issues
The reason I took this interview is I liked Bart’s story and approach. He gets what we do, just on a bigger scale. He is working with much larger companies to build out a strategy, they need one, into the ecommerce world. Bigger sku count brings bigger problems. But being intentional, focused and strategic can save you a lot of time and money. (same thing in our world) I see some of you heading into this world and opening up this type of “Big Sky” thinking can bring us all a better view. Also check out their podcast and blog. Great information there about other conferences. (Not all Amazon focused)
