035 : Brenden Sullivan – PrimeZeroPrep – Focusing on Service Levels and Current Customers before they Expand, Again!

He walks us through their process (He credits his partners skillset!), how they have focused on improving every step of the way and how they will not grow until they have mastered every step in their business. Being from New Hampshire, a sales tax free state, they can help make it easier to do Online Arbitrage by avoiding that hassle. While there is a large waiting list, you can get on it as they do plan on adding another group early next year. I suggest asking around to find out why others are using (and not leaving) PrimeZeroPrep. What I really liked about this interview was the respect they showed to John Bullard of Myinventoryteam (He called him the Godfather of Prep services) and the admiration of his success, that’s how a business does well, understanding and respecting those who walked the hard road before them!

Separate your exception items (those that need special attention ie.. label removal, bagging, etc..) and process the rest as fast as you can, then go back and deal with the exceptions.

Use a mix of both UPS freight and LTL to get the best rates for inbound shipping!
